No. There is no setup fee, onboarding charge, or hidden cost. The plan price is the only charge — billed monthly or annually based on your preference.
Each plan includes a base employee count. If your headcount exceeds the plan limit, a per-employee charge applies — ₹75 for Standard, ₹95 for Professional, and ₹125 for Enterprise. Basic is fixed at 10 employees with no additional charge.
Yes. All plans include automated PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS computation. Statutory challans and ECR files are generated automatically. Form 24Q quarterly TDS returns are available from the Professional plan onwards.
Form 24Q (quarterly TDS return in NSDL FVU format) is available in the Professional and Enterprise plans. It covers all employees — old and new tax regime — with TRACES-ready output for direct portal upload.
Yes. All plans include multi-branch support. You can manage employees across multiple locations, branches, and departments — each with their own attendance rules, shift policies, and state-specific PT slabs — from a single LeiPay account.
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Standard, Professional, or Enterprise at any time. Downgrading is also possible at the end of your billing cycle. Contact our team and we will handle the transition without data loss.
Yes. All payroll data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Role-based access control ensures each user sees only what their role permits. Every access event and change is logged in a tamper-proof audit trail.
Both plans include the full feature set. Enterprise adds two exclusive modules — Onboarding & Offboarding (digital self-registration, exit workflows, automated F&F) and Appraisal Management (multiple review models, bell curve, budget allocation). Enterprise also supports unlimited employees at ₹125 per additional employee.
Each plan includes a base employee count (10 for Basic, 50 for Standard and Professional, Unlimited for Enterprise). If your headcount exceeds the base, an additional per-employee per-month fee applies — ₹75 for Standard, ₹95 for Professional, ₹125 for Enterprise.
Annual billing saves you ₹500 per month on every plan. Monthly billing offers complete flexibility — no long-term commitment — but costs ₹500 more per month. Both options include the same features; only the billing frequency and monthly rate differ.
The LeiPay mobile app (Android) is included from the Professional plan onwards. Basic and Standard plans include full web-based employee self-service access — payslips, leave, attendance, and declarations — through the browser.
No. Both Onboarding & Offboarding and Appraisal Management are exclusive to the Enterprise plan. They are not available in Basic, Standard, or Professional plans. Contact our team to upgrade if these modules are a priority for your organisation.
